Room service is available 24/7
Prakriya Hospitals has transformed the meal-time experience for patients by introducing full room service for all meals. Patients can now order fresh, cooked to order meals, from their bedside phone. All meals will be delivered in under 45 minutes of the order being placed. Patients can pre-order their meal or snack for delivery at a specified time.
To place a room service order, please use the telephone at your bedside and call Extension number mentioned in the Patient information Card.
Family members or a carers are able to place an order on behalf of the patient - please telephone the hospital directly (if calling from outside the hospital) between 6.30am and 8.30pm.
Patients with special dietary requirements and food allergies will continue to be managed via our Clinical Information systems. Only food items that meet the patient’s individual requirements will be offered. Complex dietary requests will be referred to the hospital’s Clinical Dietitian. Room Service Assistants will take patient orders, and be able to assist patients with special needs choose from the range of options available on the menu, so that good nutrition remains paramount. Room service menus are located on the tray table in all patient rooms.
Room service will be available to all patients 24/7.
Meals can also be ordered in advance for delivery at a specific time.
